Loose motions, fatigue, sensation of pins and needles or numbness, abnormal blood counts., joint pain, abdominal pain, lack of appetite, urge to vomit, stomach pain or cramps, skin rashes and itching, dizziness, gas, headache, problems digesting your food, altered taste sensation, weakness
- Do not take Azithromycin if you are allergic to azithromycin, erythromycin or any macrolide or ketolide antibiotic or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
- Do not take any antacids containing magnesium or aluminium for up to 2 hours before and after taking this drug.
- Consult your doctor before taking this drug if you are pregnant.
- Do not take this medicine if you are breast feeding.
